Every two years, the DFL invites our fellow Democrats to help lead the Senate District. This is a great opportunity to set the course for the 2018 election and for the future. All DFLers are welcome!

All positions are open and will serve two-year terms.

• State Central Committee Representative (5 positions)
• State Central Committee Alternative Representative (7 positions)

The Senate District Central Committee meets monthly, on the second Thursday of the month at the Glen Lake Community Center at 7:00 PM. The Chair and Vice Chair become automatic members of the DFL State Central Committee which meets quarterly on Saturdays at various locations across Minnesota. We have a lot to be proud of here in Minnesota: DFL leaders raised the minimum wage, invested in our students with all-day kindergarten and turned a budget deficit into a surplus. But our leaders’ work isn’t done yet, and they won’t be satisfied until every Minnesotan can access all the opportunities our state offers.

To keep up the fight for every Minnesotan, we need to continue to elect DFLers. To do that, we need well-funded local units and unfortunately time to donate for free to Senate District 48 DFL is running out.

The popular Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program is ending, which means you only have until June 30 to make your contribution to the DFL and be refunded up to $50 for individuals or $100 for couples.

We need you to take advantage of this critical moment and make a donation before the PCR ends, so we can keep moving Minnesota forward. June 30 will be the last chance to take advantage of the PCR and support the DFL for free – so don’t wait. Please, give now!
