  • 9:30 a.m. – Gov. Mark Dayton speaks at Spring Lake Park High School. Performing Arts Center, 1100 81st Ave N.E., Spring Lake Park.
  • 10:30 a.m. – Sen. Chuck Wiger (DFL-Maplewood), Sen. Kevin Dahle (DFL-Northfield), Sen. John Hoffman (DFL-Champlin), Sen. Susan Kent (DFL-Woodbury), Sen. Alice Johnson (DFL-Blaine), Sen. Melisa Franzen (DFL-Edina), and Sen. Greg Clausen will highlight a package of bills to address needs in Minnesota’s education system.   • Noon – The Minnesota History Center hosts the 29th annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Gov. Mark Dayton will present a proclamation.
  • 1:45 p.m. – Lt. Gov. Smith will host a roundtable discussion about broadband Internet access in Fergus Falls at Gateway Building Systems.
  • 3:45 p.m. – Lt. Gov. Smith will visit Union Pizza and Brewing Company in Fergus Falls, 114 S. Union Ave., Fergus Falls.
  • 4:15 p.m. – Lt. Gov. Smith will visit 116 Café, 116 S. Union Ave., Fergus Falls.
