  • 10:30 a.m. – Gov. Dayton will hold a press conference to announce a component of his 2015 Budget Proposal.
  • 11 a.m. – The Senate is in session.
  • 11 a.m. – Lobbyists Bradley Peterson, Dan Dorman and Marty Seifert will hold a press conference about rural priorities.
  • Noon – The House is in session.
  • 12:15 p.m. – Gov. Dayton will make remarks at the Greater Mankato Day at the DoubleTree in St. Paul.
  • 7:30 p.m. – MPR will broadcast President Obama’s State of the Union address.
