  • 10 a.m. – Gov. Dayton will hold a news conference on Minnesota’s ranking as CNBC’s America’s Top State for Business.
  • 10:15 a.m. – Secretary of State Steve Simon meets with St. Peter Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Ed Lee, 101 S Front St., St. Peter.
  • 11:30 a.m. – Secretary of State Steve Simon meets with New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Audra Shaneman, 1 N Minnesota St., New Ulm.
  • 1:30 p.m. – Secretary of State Steve Simon meets with St. James Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jennie Firchau, 516 1st Ave S St. James.
  • 3 p.m. – Secretary of State Steve Simon, meets with Fairmont Chamber of Commerce President Margaret Dillard, 323 E Blue Earth Ave., Fairmont.
  • 5 p.m. – State Auditor Rebecca Otto will speak at the Freeborn County DFL Picnic at Pioneer Park, 100 East Hawthorne St., Albert Lea.

  • June 28 – Seventh Annual Family Picnic of the DFL Senior Caucus, noon – 3 p.m., Brookview Park, Golden Valley.
