Apply to be a DFL48 District Officer

Every two years, the DFL invites our fellow Democrats to help lead the Senate District. This is a great opportunity to set the course for the 2018 election and for the future. All DFLers are welcome!

All positions are open and will serve two-year terms.

  • SD48 Director (10 adults and 3 youth)
  • State Central Committee Representative (5 positions)
  • State Central Committee Alternative Representative (7 positions)

The Senate District Central Committee meets monthly, on the second Thursday of the month at the Glen Lake Community Center at 7:00 PM. The Chair and Vice Chair become automatic members of the DFL State Central Committee which meets quarterly on Saturdays at various locations across Minnesota.
